BOSAGORA signs business agreement with SAMBO Engineering
On the 9th of this month, BOSAGORA, an ongoing permanent representative supporting the MetaCity Forum, has signed a business agreement with global engineering company SAMBO Engineering, to participate in the MetaCity Forum and to ultimately reinvigorate the MetaCity. SAMBO Engineering is now in position to participant as the 13th company in the MetaCity Forum.
Reinforcing MetaCity Forum’s Infrastructure.
As the group increasingly expands, based on their outstanding technology, SAMBO Engineering strives on a goal to build a better world global network in Korea, the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. They possess a wide range of technical skills most of which deal with transportation infrastructure, environmental business, national land development, business development, supervision, and underground safety impact assessment that is integrated with Social Overhead Capital (SOC)
The group also focuses on providing relatively high added-value technology services and has signed numerous of technology agreements with multinational companies such as Norway, Japan, the UK, and France; through joining together on projects they are ultimately succeeding at building up technological competition.
The main agreements to participate in the MetaCity Forum with SAMBO Engineering to revitalize the MetaCity are as follows:
1. To participated in the MetaCity Forum as a business alliance
2. To collaborate with Blockchain and Metaverse Technology Collaboration in the SOC Field
3. To construct and operate citizen funds for private investment projects
4. <MetaCity> To exchange infrastructure information required to build digital assets on the platform.
5. To establish public-private partnership network for the revitalization of <MetaCity>
6. Other matters requiring close cooperation
Furthermore, the MetaCity Forum, including the newly participating SAMBO Engineering, is being established by BOSAGORA, AIITONE, Uracle, BRI, IBK Securities, KB Capital, Ethan & Alice Marketing, Telos, Finger, D-LIGHT, MetaCity Lab, CROWDY; a total of 13 companies that have had a hand in further strengthening its infrastructure.
The digitization and scalability of SOC-related industries.
The Ministry of Science and ICT have recently held their 13th ‘Digital New Deal’ meeting with relevant ministries and have subsequently announced that a sum of 9 trillion won would be invested into their ‘Digital New Deal’ plan to enhance economic vitality through preemptive investment in infrastructure within digital fields such as data, network, and artificial intelligence (DNA).
The Digital New Deal is a ministerial national innovation project that is in pursuit to overcome the impact of the COVID-19 crisis and transform the economy and society. The Digital New Deal budget in 2022 increased by about 7.8% from 8.3 trillion won last year and nearly quadrupled from 2.5 trillion won in 2020.
It was revealed that 5.9 trillion won will be invested to strengthen the DNA ecosystem, 500 billion won to foster non-face-to-face industries, 800 billion won to aid new hyperconnected industries such as the Metaverse, and 1.8 trillion won to digitize Social Overhead Capital (SOC).
